VENDOR CANCELLATION POLICY
Vendor cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax, or email only - no telephone calls) at the SUNY Center for Professional Development. The following cancellation charges will apply:

| February 1 - March 31, 2008 | 25% |
| April 1 - April 30, 2008 | 50% |
| On or After May 1, 2008 | 100% |
