SUNY's Conference on Instructional Technologies (CIT) is pleased to offer our vendors a variety of sponsorship and participation levels. The following list will help you to determine which level best suits your organization.
PLATINUM Level - Welcome Reception Sponsor & Demo
Fee: $3,000
- Display space at the Welcome Reception (4-hour timeslot) with an opportunity to demonstrate products and services while mingling with conference attendees
- Highest priority booth space assignment at the Technology Showcase on Wednesday night and Thursday lunch
- Full page ad in Conference Program - (All materials, logos, format, etc. must be received by April 11, 2008 to be included in program.)

Fee: $2,500

- 30-minute presentation timeslot during conference - Abstract for presentation must be submitted online. Presentation should include or collaborate with an institute of higher learning on the presentation.

Level II Technology Showcase Exhibitor Booth
Fee: $500
- An 8' deep x 10' wide booth area, piped and draped, with one (1) draped 6 foot table and 2 chairs, Internet access and basic electrical

Level III Vendor Track Presentations
Fee: $400
- 30-minute presentation timeslot during conference - Abstract for presentation must be submitted online. Presentation should include or collaborate with an institute of higher learning on the presentation.

Exhibit Booth Information
Exhibit booths are 8' deep and 10' wide and include:
- 8' high backdrop draping and 3' high side rail draping
- One 6' table with 2 chairs
- Basic Internet access
- Basic electrical (1 plug)
If your equipment requires a special electrical connection, we must be notified in advance to determine the additional cost to you. You will need to provide your own extension cords and power strips.
Additional tables are available at a cost of $50 per table.
Vendor Track Presentation Information
Presentations are 30 minutes in length and may be scheduled on any one of the three days of the conference (Wednesday through Friday). We encourage you to collaborate with an institute of higher learning who has used your product/service in an innovative manner to improve the teaching and learning environment. Abstracts of 400 words or less must be submitted online.
Payment
Payment is due within 45 days from the date that registration is received. All debts to CIT must be paid prior to participation in the exhibition.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply:
| February 1 - March 31, 2008 | 25% of participation fee |
| April 1 - April 30, 2008 | 50% of participation fee |
| On or after May 1, 2008 | 100% of participation fee |
